Founded by Jalaludin bin Said, the restaurant Ikan Bakar Parameswara took its name from a former ruler of Malacca – Raja Parameswara, who discovered this land and turned it into his dominion. Indeed, Mr Jalaludin has had deep interest and passion in cooking and restaurant business for a long time as he came from a family of entrepreneurs, and was born and grew up in Malacca.
